yogaJoin your neighbors for a relaxing session of yoga inside at Commercial Park.  You can unwind from your day and strengthen your body at the same time.  Our instructor Renee will guide you through the 60 minute class.  This class is for all levels as she offers poses for beginners and advanced throughout the class.  Make time for yourself this week.  Mats are available, you may want to bring a towel and be prepared to sweat and stretch so wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga is every Thursday at 6:15 pm and is open to anyone interested for a $5 donation.
