Earth Day 2012 Enjoyed by All
Thanks to all for an enjoyable and successful Earth Day! Clean-up was completed throughout the neighborhood and at our parks. Children and adults learned about sun safety, blue-bin recycling, cloth diapers and chickens at Commercial Park. Thanks to the Advisory Council for their work putting together this community event. And special thank to Christy Webber and Jeannie Felknor for helping with garden plantings, seeds and peat pots and live chickens. Also, thanks to Roots and Alderman Moreno for lunch!
