Really, I think this party should be called “Excuse to Get Out the Bounce House” but that’s hard to fit on marketing materials, I guess. Anyways, join us on Saturday, September 14th, from noon until 4 p.m. as we take over Rice Street with food and ice cream and music and all those neighbors you keep meaning to meet! There will be a special performance by School of Rock at 2 p.m., crafts with our favorite librarians from the Chicago Public Library, and yes, the Bounce House!

Movies in the Parks presents Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, Thursday, August 22nd at 8:00 p.m. in the Commercial Park field, 1854 W. Rice.

The Commercial Park Advisory Council is the proud underwriter of this event and we welcome all paladins, druids, wizards, bards, clerics, and Chris Pine lookalikes to join us for the show. Bring your bug spray, your blankets, and some gold pieces for the snack bar!

It’s Egg Hunt time!! Saturday, March 30th at Commercial Park! There will be three age based hunt times: 10:00 a.m kids 0-2; 10:30 a.m. kids 3-5; 11:00 a.m. kids 6-10.

As always, our events are free, but boy do we donations!!!

FREE MOVIE NIGHT! Join us on Friday, February 2nd, in the Commercial Park gym for Disney’s “Elemental”. Doors open at 5:30; movie starts at 6. Feel free to bring your own cozy blankets and comfy folding chairs- we will have a snack bar with food for purchase. See you then!
